JML Roofing Solutions Contractor Assist Program

No matter what stage of the insurance process, JML offers complete restoration and consultation services to our customers. At JML, we like to empower our clients with the knowledge and information necessary to make sure their claim is handled correctly and thoroughly by their carrier. Deductibles are a big expense and are continuing to increase. Because of that, we want to make sure you are getting as much value as possible on your insurance claim. If your needs are outside our legal boundaries, we have relationships with public adjusters, appraisers, and attorneys, who are eager to assist in anyway they can.

We'd love to help you with your roofing needs and to assist you with any or all of the insurance process that may be warranted. As part of our contract assist program, the following services will be provided for you at no cost providing your approval on our contractor assist agreement.

Thorough inspection of the roofing and gutter systems with photo documented evidence of any damage that is present .
A photo report will be provided to the customer upon completion of the inspection.
Any immediate causes of concern will addressed on the day of the inspection through temporary repairs.
JML will file the claim on your behalf and keep you updated on the insurance proceedings throughout the entire process.
JML will meet with the insurance adjuster the day of the inspection to ensure all storm related damages are noticed.
JML will follow up with the insurance in the following days to make sure the claim is being processed in a timely fashion.

AUTHORIZATION - The customer agrees to permit JML Roofing Solutions to attend the adjuster's inspection and to communicate with the customer’s respective insurance provider moving forward in the insurance process. After JML Roofing Solutions performs said tasks, and a complete roof replacement is approved by the carrier, the customer agrees to have JML Roofing Solutions perform all applicable work covered in the insurance’s estimate for the cost of the insurance proceeds, including the max out of pocket cost of the customer's deductible. The customer agrees to allow JML Roofing Solutions to review the estimate and scope once it is provided by the insurance carrier. If a full roof replacement is approved and the customer does not choose JML Roofing Solutions to perform the work, a fee of $250 will be charged to the customer for JML Roofing Solutions' time and effort. If an agreement or settlement for total roof replacement between the customer and the insurance provider is not reached, the customer is in no way financially responsible for JML Roofing Solution’s engagements with all respective parties.
